Vue & Flutter Compagnon

I'm in search of a compagnon for the projects i'm working on, like:
- Saas-Projects
- Scan-App with Flutter or Vue+Ionic
- Programming tools for big companies

Right now the scanning app is the most urgent one, but there are other projects in the pipeline as well.
I don't need the most sophisticated code but just one that works.
