Update Order Logic in Vue.js & Laravel

We have a website built on Vue.js + PHP (Laravel backend). and App on Flutter Currently, the checkout flow saves the order and sends an email receipt immediately, even when the customer selects Card/PayPal before completing the payment.

What we need:
• Update checkout logic so that:
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) → order saves immediately & email receipt is sent (current behavior is fine).
• For Card/PayPal → order should not be saved or email sent until the payment is successfully completed.

Relevant Files:
• Frontend: /resources/js/components/frontend/checkout/CheckoutComponent.vue → confirmPaymentMethod()
• Backend: /app/Services/FrontendOrderService.php → myOrderStore()
