Simple signing of PDFs in node with NUXT V3

Features requirements:

1 - Select PDF file
2 - Select digital certificate (pfx file)
3 - Insert digital certificate password (pfx file)
4 - Download the PDF signed in the footer.

It is important to display a stamp in the footer of the PDF file that demonstrates that it has been signed:

Prerequisites:
- Use NUXT 3 (The three)
- Use <script setup>
- Appearance (layout) is not important.
