Sample Quasar /Vue code to reference an Array

I need some very simple Quasar code that shows how to reference an array that is stored on a separate file. I this file in a folder called data that is in the src folder. I need a function that I can use on my mainlayout.vue page that passes in a "ACT_CODE" of "F38", and gets the "ACT_TITLE" of "Applied Medical Informatics Fellowships". The array needs to be referenced and not hard coded to the mainLayout vue page-- I don't need the entire project just the code pages.
