This is SAAS application for Hiring Managers. Interview Question Bank - over 3000 categorized questions.
Interview modules - pre-made interview templates for various positions.
Evaluation module - Sheet with a barometer to evaluate candidates.
Blank Interview templates where managers are able to create their own modules.

replace one stage with another,
Some kind of view with a hierarchy and clear depiction of data between stages and its categories, # of questions on the stage.

Set interview date,
After save, show reminders, in dashboard and notifications new interview added,
Interview Screen, show the template data and more textboxes to capture comments, candidate response, overall stage score, and then finally main score, visually. Intermediate save of data so it's not lost.
Evaluation/Score screen for each interview, clearly depicting the scores, overall scores and the final score
Dashboard-> stats on interviews, how many hired success, reminders of upcoming interviews, # of total questions , templates already existing. Some qualitative scores. Stats about individual templates.
Invite Users in org as new HM, accept invite.
