Recreate a budget and receipts app with VueJS and Vuex

I need to make a web application with VueJS and Vuex just like the attached application. I need the same records of Customers, Products, services, quotes and receipts. Everything must be stored locally in the browser, there is no backend integration. I need the code to be well structured for future improvements.
