Pagination Vuejs/nuxt.js Refresh pagination Not Changing Page

Hi, i have theme and pagination function already have, but i want when i refresh page in the browser still stay in the current page
example : i go to http://localhost:3000/blog-grid?page=2 or ?page=3 or ?page=1 not change page, i want still stay in the current page (http://localhost:3000/blog-grid?page=2) when i refresh in browser. not changing if i choose page 1,2 or 3 still stay on the current page.
