Ongoing Laravel Full-Stack Development Support
Budget: £36 – £0 GBP
Our in-house platform is a bespoke Laravel build that already powers daily operations, but it now needs a reliable full-stack developer on a month-to-month contract. My immediate priorities are:
• Repairing and tightening user authentication and authorization
• Optimising database queries and overall performance
• Refreshing and extending the frontend user interface (we currently use Blade with touches of Vue.js)
• Building an advanced quoting engine from scratch, fully integrated with existing modules
• Adding further layers of security, including code-level hardening, role-based access reviews, and penetration-style testing
You’ll be working directly in our private Git repository, committing to weekly sprints and participating in brief stand-ups over Slack. The stack you’ll touch most often: PHP 8.x, Laravel, MySQL, Redis, Vue.js, RESTful APIs, Git, and an automated CI/CD pipeline on AWS.
I expect transparent progress reports, clean pull requests, unit tests where they make sense, and proactive suggestions to improve architecture as we go. If you’re comfortable handling both urgent bug fixes and longer feature builds under a recurring retainer, I’m ready to get the first sprint scheduled.
