Lead Software Engineer (web & mobile app)

I am looking for help building a website & mobile application for viewing job listings as well as managing applicant documents.

Required skillset:
- VueJS or ReactJS
- Strong frontend design and implementation experience
- Efficient communicator
- Self-documented code
- TDD experience

Preferred skillset:
- nodeJS, express, nestJS
