Laravel + Vue Developer (Europe Timezone, Long-Term Contract)

I'm running a web project for a client and need a reliable developer to join me long-term. I'm currently handling everything myself and need an extra pair of hands to keep the work steady and on schedule.
Stack: Laravel, Vue, MySQL
What you'll do:
Build and maintain features, write clean and maintainable code, fix bugs, and work with me on the database and API side. You'll be a real part of the project, not just one-off tasks.
What I'm looking for:
Solid hands-on experience with Laravel and Vue, comfortable with MySQL, and able to work independently once a task is clear. Good written and spoken English is important since we'll communicate often. I'm looking for someone in a European timezone so our working hours overlap well, and someone dependable who can commit for the long term.
Hiring process:
Before the long-term contract, I'll ask shortlisted candidates to do a small paid test task. The test pays $10 and should take about an hour. This helps me see your real coding style and how you work before we commit.
Budget: $500 per month, ongoing, after the test. Please tell me how many hours per week this covers for you so we're aligned from the start.
