LARAVEL LAYOUT (JETSTREAM + Vue + Tailwind)

What I need is a default installation of the LARAVEL stack (JETSTREAM + Vue + Tailwind) with the following design implemented.
We need it implemented using filenames *v2.* . We are upgrading an old desing and I want it to be deployed in the same server with diferent filenames.
We only need the default layout with static content with “dummy" data. It is not necessary to add data to the bbdd nor to load it in tables or graphs (ONLY THE LAYOUT IS NECESSARY).
I will give you all necesary artwork, icons, color palette and so on.
