Freelance UI/UX Designer (Vue.js + Tailwind CSS + Vite)

Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing user-friendly, responsive interfaces and delivering clean, component-based frontend code using Vue.js (Composition API), Tailwind CSS, and Vite. Your work will directly support our backend developers who will focus solely on integrating functionality into your provided layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into Vue components using Tailwind CSS and Vite.
Prepare UI assets from design files (e.g., Figma, Photoshop) and slice them to web-ready formats.
Ensure responsiveness across all modern devices using Tailwind's utility classes and custom media queries.
Implement mobile-first, adaptive, and responsive layouts using modern layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid, etc.).
Utilize useMediaQuery() composables and Vue Composition API for dynamic behaviour based on screen size.
Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of UI with backend logic.
Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Any changes recommended by backend developer during integration would be carried out by UI designer unconditionally.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in Vue 3 (Composition API).
Deep understanding of Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles.
Hands-on experience with Vite for fast build and development.
Ability to extract and convert UI assets from Photoshop or similar tools to HTML/CSS.
Knowledge of layout patterns: fixed, fluid, responsive, adaptive, mobile-first.
Good understanding of HTML5 semantics, accessibility, and performance optimization.
Experience writing reusable and modular components.
Sample Technical Knowledge We Expect:
Tailwind media queries via theme.screens in tailwind.config.js.
Writing reusable Vue composables for media detection using window.matchMedia().
Creating mobile-first responsive layouts using Tailwind + Vue SFCs.
