Fix CI/CD for Vue 2.0 Project

I'm looking for an experienced developer to fix our CI/CD script on GitHub Actions for a Vue 2.0 project. We need to build and deploy our frontend to CloudFront. Might be env variables or an issue with the build where its not progressing.
Requirements:
- Fix build failures, currently happening during the build process.
- Resolve specific error messages related to Node.js or npm.
