Just help me get the index.html page from this GitHub repo to work in Vue.js:

Keep tailwind, don't delete it
Please set up app.vue to have the main data and cdn's and index page to be home page with minimal data for that page. Most of the data should be organized on app.vue page so it can apply to all other pages
It is in AlpineJS now so I think script tags and x-data and things like that need to be changed to work in Vue.js
