In your proposal please start with "I read the stuffs", so I can make sure to hire someone who actually read this part. My budget for this job is $70, because it's not too big, but when I find someone, we will have ongoing work with you if you do the job well.
Part of my website: https://discords.com/templates/ is coded in vue, which I am not familiar with and I need someone skilled at that to re-design the mobile header, and also insert ads, I can give you the ad scripts and placements.
For the header part, we just need it to look like our homepage's header, you can copy that code, which already has css built for it so it should not be too complicated.
