Build two simple pages and install timers on them
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
The simple pages will follow the same design as existing site and you can probably just copy one of the existing pages easy enough.
The timer will toggle the the two pages.
One page counts down 5mins and if page is opened while timer is counting down then user gets that page.
When timer reaches zero then the other page will be the one that opens until timer reaches zero on the page then it goes back to the other page and timer
The cycle continues.
