Build a PWA for children with special needs using Vue and Firebase -- 2

We need a PWA for conducting vision stimulation activities (mostly on a tablet) for children with developmental delays. The developer must build scalable templates and modules that will help our designers to later add interactive activities for children (like animated pictures, simple web games etc). Further, we need to add login/sign up features, payment gateway integration, analytics, offline capabilities, dashboard, etc. The core features of the application must be built with Vue,js and Firebase, so please apply only if you are skilled in these.
