Horizonal Bar chart using Quasar/Vue and eChart

I want the code for a Quasar 1.0 project to create a horizonal Bar chart like the BarChart Image that is attached. The data that I would like is in the sc.json file. I want the CENSUSAREA of each county charted in descending order. All I need is the code
