Create an advanced search engine for my website

I have a search bar on my website that returns results that are not very accurate and are sometimes unrelated. It's hard for users to find the items that they are looking for.

I need someone to create a search system that will fix these problems and allow users to easily find the things they need. Source code for my site will be provided.
