Create a Vue.js app with an imbedded Tableau vue page

I need a simple fresh/new Vue 2.0 app that has an index.html page and a home.vue page that imbedds some Tableau code. The code is in the uploaded file
I don't need anything fancy just a simple out of the box Vue app and the imbedded Tableau Dashboard to work
