vtiger implementation of invoise with national sistem for invoice roefactura

Hi! I'm looking for someone to assist with vtiger implementation of invoice with national systems for invoice roefactura. I'm currently using Version 7 and have some requirements, but they are not very detailed yet. I will need someone with an intermediate level of experience to complete this project.
