vTiger Setup Assistance

I recently installed Vtiger 7.5.0 on my server. I need to make some changes right away and in the next week. I haven't used vTiger for a long time and don't have time to learn it right now. I need someone who knows it to help me make some changes. Initially I need two hours of work to change picklists in Lead Status, and Sales Stages. I need to delete a few fields and clean some things up. Import a couple of lists. Overall get the instance set up to run for a couple of sales people.
