Vtiger update from 7.2 to 7.5 and voip configuration

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me update Vtiger from version 7.2 to 7.5 and configure the VoIP system. I have the necessary licenses for Vtiger 7.5 and would like to include some customizations to the VoIP system ( I'd like to enable the click-to-call )
