Vtiger so slow

I'm currently using Vtiger 7, and have not made any recent changes to the setup. Unfortunately, I have been having frequent crashes which is significantly impacting Vtiger's performance.Now, when i login my Vtiger, the dashboard only loading. I need help understanding why this might be happening and seek an experienced Vtiger expert to help resolve this issue.
