Outlook(desktop Application) Integration for Vtiger CRM.
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Calender data to be synced based on the user email as it the primary key between Vtiger and Outlook. The sync needs to be a two way sync but outlook will be primary.
For the calendar event synchronisation we would require field mapping for Outlook Calendar Event and Vtiger CRM.
When event is created in Vtiger CRm then based on the mapping created a relationship needs to be established with the user and & accounts (organisations) or Contact based on the email used in the event.
Ability for users on same meeting to see each others calender
The subject line from outlook needs to be populated in the Proposal Field of Events Module of Calendar in Vtiger.
Calender meeting deleted in Outlook should not be removed from VTiger but the vice versa should not be done.
