Would like to implement V-Tiger Open-Source CRM on my website, which should have the below features and functionalities configured.
1. Link all platforms like mail, LinkedIn, FB, website, etc. with CRM
2. Email templates to be created/customized and automated sends based on criteria defined
3. Calendar for events to be linked to our website
4. Member engagement tracking from all communication platforms e.g. open / click rates across
5. WhatsApp integration
6. CRM Should have a Customer Portal for Members login
7. Possibility for the campaign for authenticating Emails and Contact Numbers
8. Database creation with labels PROSPECT MEMBER, MEMBER ETC.
9. Selected people should have profiles with Email Manager (15 Profiles)
10. Customer 360 - TO be checked with vendor ( history of interaction with members and engagement)
11. Complain and Ticket Management
12. Multi-channel marketing Calendar (to be scheduled)
13. SMS Marketing integration
14. Setting up End to End Email Marketing Management with Amazon SES and Front End like PHP List or Sendy
