Multi-tenant vtiger crm

We would like to turn vTiger into a multi-tenant software, with a signup page for customers and a billing sector included.
- Multi Tenant Capability (one crm installation, multiple database)
- Signup Page - Customers can signup for our CRM, for a free trial. No payment will be made on the signup page.
- Billing - When logged in, users can see that their trial is still going and how many days remaining. Customers accounts are de-activated when trial expires and forced to pay, upon logging into vTiger to check their CRM account.
As we know some companies who have done this and it didn't take much time, as there are many scripts out there that make Multi-Tenancy and Billing an easy add-on and a signup page is simply a php form, that writes to the vTiger database. Outrageous bids will not be accepted.
Also - you will prove you can do this job, before we pay milestones.
