Cloud based erp and bussiness management syatem

Im looking for a cloud based erp and business management system for my furniture manufacturing business
Apart from the usual mrp and inventory control sales order etc. I want to be able to setup records which corresponds to a job.
In to this record I need to assign tasks and operations I want to be able to customise what tasks go into the record when setting it up by using templates. As the tasks are completed I want the facility that workers can click it that its complete on a pc but also on tablets. I would then like to see the progress of all the records in one project on an agenda screen. Hopefully the tablet process would be as simple as scanning the QR code on the product and simply clicking the next task. I would like to be able to have job statuses where when an operation is at a stage that a task or tasks have to be performed but as the move through tasks they also change job status for example. I want to be able to report on these tasks and produce gannt charts of the progress and capacity planners. I also want to be able to store pictures and pdf files to each record. This can be done with Dropbox if that is easier. Stored in each record will be the specs for the furniture manufactured
Attached to this record will also be products. These products will be made up of goods we buy in and re sell but also manufactured goods. We need to set up bom’s for the manufactured goods and have the raw materials in the inventory. When the job gets to the end and is dispatched I want the stock removed from the inventory and the system to re=order it automatically.
We need an area for staff where we can store copies of their driving licences work permits etc and limit the access they have to the system and also what job statuses they can see
