I need a VPN expert

I have a Frontier Modem, Orbi RBR850 Router and Arlo Base Station VMB5000r. I want to setup a VPN so I can access the video footage stored on my Arlo Base Station (video being fed from Arlo WiFi enabled video cameras). I don’t think this ought to be a difficult job for a VPN network specialist, but it’s above my pay grade and I really appreciate the (paid) help.
