VPN Router Configuration

Hello,
I have a router and want configure VPN to remotely access our local network folders.
In the past, work well but when I move to another location and another internet service provider, VPN stop work.

Our network is configured like below:
Router from Internet Service Provider (Model: Zyxel EMG5523-T50B) -> Connect our Router that manage my network (Model: D-Link DSR-250N) where all computers and Server is connected.
I use "VPN Access Manager" software.
Error I receive: "tunnel configuration failed"
