Starlink VPN Gateway Setup

I want my Starlink connection to act as a secure gateway so remote users—well over fifty at peak—can tunnel through it from both computers and mobile devices. Each person will log in with a simple username-and-password combo that I provide, then browse the internet as if they were sitting behind my antenna.
I’m open to any standards-based VPN stack that does the job—OpenVPN, WireGuard or something comparable—as long as it remains free of extra licensing costs and is straightforward for non-technical users to install. The key points are:
