Secure VPN Setup for Dynamic IP

I need a secure access configuration between two points:

Point A: Router with fiber optic and fixed public IP
Point B: Windows Server 2022 with dynamic IP

The goal is to access services on Point B as if it had a fixed IP, ideally via VPN (WireGuard preferred) or a reverse tunnel.

Requirements:
- Persistent and secure connection
- Ideally automated on boot

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with WireGuard and VPN setups
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2022
