Pritunl VPN Expert for Mobile Usage

I am in need of a Pritunl VPN expert who can help me set up a secure, static VPN using Vultr/Pritunl. The primary use of this VPN is for securing remote access to network resources. I primarily intend to use this VPN on my mobile devices and laptop, both of which run on macOS.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in setting up Pritunl VPN using Vultr
- Experience in configuring a static VPN
- Familiarity with macOS operating system

Currently have a VPN that is working on 1 x Laptop and 1 x Mobile device but is not working on second Laptop.
