NordLayer IP Camera VPN Setup
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need to see a digital IP CCTV camera that sits on Network A as though it were local to a Windows PC on Network B. Both sites already connect through NordLayer using a site-to-site tunnel, yet the camera’s web interface and RTSP stream remain unreachable from the remote side.
The job is to jump on a screenshare with me, inspect the NordLayer gateway settings, routing tables, Windows firewalls, and any NAT or subnet conflicts, then adjust what’s necessary so the camera streams cleanly across the tunnel. Expect to work inside the NordLayer admin console, the camera’s web UI, and Windows networking tools (PowerShell, route print, etc.).
Deliverables
• Remote Windows PC can load the camera’s web GUI and play the live video stream without port-forward hacks
• Short text summary of the changes you made so I can replicate them on future cameras
Once both items are confirmed, the task is complete. I think this will be a very quick job for someone because I have configured most of it but just stuck somewhere.
