Mac VPN Deployment & Tanium Patching
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Our fleet of Macs ranges from Catalina upward, and none of them currently have the Global Protect VPN client. I already have the official installer packages, but I need a Tanium-savvy Mac specialist to turn those installers into a reliable, testable deployment that will roll out cleanly across every endpoint.
In parallel, I want to tighten our ongoing macOS patch cycle through Tanium. That includes creating or refining content sets, scheduling staged deployments, and validating that the machines—Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura, and anything in between—stay compliant after the update waves.
Deliverables
• A Tanium package (or set of packages) that silently installs Global Protect and confirms a successful connection post-install
• A documented patching workflow in Tanium with clear approval and rollback steps
• A concise runbook so my team can repeat or modify the process without outside help
