Google Voice USA Calls Setup

I need a fully-functional Google Voice account for 10 Users supported, registered from India but tied to a U.S. phone number, so I can place and receive personal calls to and from the States. The account itself does not yet exist and I have not picked a number, so part of the job is guiding me through—or handling—the selection of an available U.S. number that feels natural to me.

Because Google Voice is officially unsupported here, you’ll have to take care of the usual hurdles (VPN, verification SMS to a real U.S. mobile, billing profile if required) and then hand over a clean login that I can secure with my own 2-step authentication. I plan to use the service interchangeably on both my smartphone and my laptop, so please configure and test calling on the Google Voice mobile app and the web interface before delivery.

Deliverables:
• A brand-new Google account (or my existing one, if that proves safer) with Google Voice activated and a U.S. number assigned
• Step-by-step instructions—written and screen-recorded if possible—showing me how to make/receive calls on Android/iOS and on the desktop Chrome interface
• Confirmation that inbound and outbound calls work reliably from India without exposing my actual location
• A quick hand-off call or chat to walk through the setup and answer any last-minute questions

Once everything is tested and I can dial the U.S. from both devices, the job is done.
