Fix Double NAT and VPN Access for Synology NAS

I'm seeking an expert to resolve double NAT issues and VPN access problems with my Synology NAS.

Equipment:
* Quantum Fiber ONT Router Q1000K
* Netgear Nighthawk RAXE300 Router
* Synology DS922+

Requirements:
- Fix double NAT to enable seamless VPN connectivity. The Quantum fiber for some reason, isn't playing nice in bridge mode so we might have to do dual port forwarding.
- Ensure secure access to NAS files via VPN. (OpenVPN client)
- Experience with Synology NAS and VPN setups is essential.
- Networking expertise to handle complex router configurations.
- Most likely issue is related to port fowarding issue or firewall.


Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in VPN configuration on Synology NAS.
- Strong understanding of NAT and router configurations.
- Networking certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.
- Previous experience with similar setups and troubleshooting.

Your solution should ensure stable and secure VPN access to my Synology NAS, allowing me to access my files remotely without any connection issues.

I've found a work around using Tailscale but I rather not use that approach.
