Dedicated VPN for Iranian Gamers

I manage a tight-knit group of 20 World of Warcraft players in Iran and our nightly raids are being interrupted by the ongoing internet blackouts. We need a reliable, private VPN service that keeps us connected to EU/US WoW realms while still letting us relax with YouTube music and the occasional Twitch stream.

Everyone is on Windows PCs. A few teammates are comfortable importing .ovpn or WireGuard configs, but several will rely on clear, step-by-step instructions—or remote help—during the first install.

What I’m after:
• A low-latency, gaming-optimised VPN server (or pool of servers) that can handle 20 concurrent users without packet-loss spikes.
• Obfuscation or alternative ports so new government blocks don’t knock us offline.
• Connection files, credentials and simple documentation we can share internally.
• Ongoing monitoring and rapid IP or protocol swaps whenever access is disrupted.

Please outline:
1. The protocol/stack you recommend (WireGuard, OpenVPN, Shadowsocks, etc.) and why it will survive Iranian filters.
2. Expected ping and bandwidth figures for WoW under full load.
3. Your one-time setup cost plus the monthly fee for maintenance and emergency support.
