Volusion minimum cart quantity

We have a Volusion website and I am looking to set up a minimum quantity of products in the cart to proceed with checking out. Volusion has an option for minimum price but not a minimum quantity. The minimum product quantity is 36 and the products can be mix and matched it's just the total in the cart has to be 36 or more.
