twilio configuration

I am looking for an experienced Freelancer who can help me configure my existing Twilio account for voice calls to be used for notifications and updates. This includes setting up my Twilio account to allow for outbound and inbound voice calls. I need someone familiar with Twilio’s voice API and SIP trunking capabilities and who is knowledgeable in using Twilio’s Voice Insights to ensure my configuration is optimized to its fullest potential. Experience with SMS messaging and video calls would be a plus, as I may look to increase usage of my Twilio account in the future.
