I need a twilio exert to help Get my IVR working

We're a small accommodation business that needs a little help setting up our simple IVR with a greeting message and 3 possible places it can connect the call to. I just can't get it to work. More specifically when I give test it and give it input eg press 1 for sales and nothing happens. After following all the lessons and tutorials and getting support from Twilio I just can't get it to make it work.
