I need an expert developer for Five9 Configuration and Dialling Plan
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am looking for an expert developer who can assist me with the configuration of Five9 and the agent scripting. Specifically, I need help with the agent scripting aspect of Five9.
Skills and experience required:
- Expertise in Five9 configuration
- Proficiency in agent scripting
- Familiarity with IVR setup and call routing is a plus
Project requirements:
In Predictive Dialing Mode and All in one campaign
Once a client pickups up..
We will provide a ranked list of agents per client, in other words each client has a different priority list of agents. This needs to be stored and accessible. If there are 1 M clients there will be 1 M ranked agents.
When a client pickup up, Five9 needs to select the best agent who is available instead of the usual who has been witing the longest.
Obviously we need a way to store the ranking list of agents against each client.
Please take NOTE this is using predictive dialler.

Timeline:
- The project needs to be completed within 2-3 days, making it an urgent task
