ZRTP VOIP SET-UP

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to set up a ZRTP VOIP system for my business. The primary purpose of this set-up is to ensure secure communication between me and my clients. I would like the system to be cross-platform, available on both Android and iOS devices. Additionally, I would like the system to have the ability to record calls for future reference.
