Windows VoIP Call Recorder Installer
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m looking for an .exe installer that sets up a reliable call-recording service on Windows. The primary target is VoIP traffic, with Microsoft Teams at the top of the list, and I’d like the architecture to leave room for quick extensions to an EPABX or other legacy phone feeds later on.
Core behaviour
• Automatic recording that starts the moment a Teams session is detected
• A manual “record / pause” toggle when ad-hoc capture is preferred
• Built-in encryption so every file is stored securely the instant it is written
Your package should install all required audio hooks or APIs, create the necessary Windows services, and drop recordings into a configurable directory while respecting user permissions. A simple settings screen (or editable config file) for choosing capture mode, output folder and retention period will round things out.
I’ll test the final build on Windows 10 and 11 and will sign off once:
1. A Teams call is captured end-to-end in both automatic and manual modes.
2. The resulting file opens only after the included decryption routine is applied.
3. A legacy pabx system call is captured end-to-end in both automatic and manual modes
4. Recording pause, resume and their related reason codes
If you’ve handled audio capture for Teams, VoIP stacks or integrated with older PBX systems before, that experience will be a big plus.
