Voip Call Forwarding

We have a parking system, this system sends a intercom call to a specific IP address, we need to be able to forward this call from that IP address to our central intercom. we not able to modify the intercom IP address. All these calls will happen over the LAN (at a later stage we could forward it to an external voip number)
