We are looking for complete readymane system which can be used for doing Marketing Voice calls using virtual/fixed CLI.
the system should able to play the pre-recorded clips of 15 sec or 30 sec, and should have facility of text->Speech, including API for all functionalities for reseller & direct customer account.
The system will be used to call only Indian mobile numbers/land line.
