Voice Call Simulation

I am looking for a freelancer to create a voice call simulation for customer support training. The simulation will be in English and the scenarios should be of intermediate complexity. Simulation will require a simple interface where agent will pickup the call and conversation will begin with the computer (Computer will act as Customer). I would prefer to use ChatGPT type technology to simulate customer communication and model can be trained for the specific scenaios.
