VoIP/SIP Telephony Integration with Espo CRM -- 2
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I'm looking for a basic integration of VoIP and SIP telephony systems with my Espo CRM. The key functionalities I want to include are:
- Click-to-dial: I want to be able to initiate calls directly from the CRM with a single click.
- Call logging: All calls should be automatically logged in the CRM.
- Call recording: I need all calls to be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience with Espo CRM and telephony systems, particularly VoIP and SIP. Familiarity with call recording, click-to-dial and call logging functionalities will be a plus.
