Location: Remote (Germany office hours)
Are you a VoIP enthusiast with expertise in Issabel, Odoo CRM, Sip Trunks, and a knack for managing all things related to telephony systems? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of setting up and configuring SIP trunks and VoIP systems.
Implement routing and ring groups to optimize call handling.
Work with softphones like Zoiper, 3CX (both old and new versions), and other relevant software.
Collaborate with DID trunk providers and efficiently configure numbers and settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
Proficiency in VoIP technologies and systems.
Strong knowledge of Issabel, Odoo CRM, and SIP trunks.
Experience with softphone setup and management.
Ability to configure routing and ring groups.
Familiarity with DID trunk providers and number configuration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Availability to work during Germany office hours.
