VoIP and Broadband Integration

I have a client in Germany, where Broadband providers provide VoIP numbers as well, which (settings within their router/modem) can be used for receiving calls on PC/apps (PoS for our use case).
We have created a web based POS system (django-react) and now want to connect the client's Broadband such that whenever their VoIP number is called, we can direct that call to our POS running on the same internet/broadband connection on their PC/Android App.
Till now, we are using SIP.js and Asterisk, we want someone with experience to guide how it is to be done.
